Coca Cola has announced its Christmas truck tour of the UK will go ahead this year, reports the Mirror. Crowds flock to see the lorry when it visits around 40 destinations across the UK each Christmas, including areas of Hampshire. Last year’s tour was cancelled ahead of a dismal festive season due to the coronavirus pandemic.

For families across Hampshire, the return of the truck officially marks the start of the festive period. Even the announcement of the tour has set social media ablaze, with many users unable to contain their excitement over the upcoming event.

Though the brand is keeping many details secret, Coca-Cola GB has left clues and cryptic messages dotted around their social media accounts – advising people to: “Keep your eyes on our socials…” and saying: “We’re just recruiting the last of our reindeer…” Coca-Cola also tweeted: “Holidays are coming…” with a Santa Claus emoji. We will update you as soon as we receive details on the exact locations the truck will be visiting.
