Coca-Cola just confirmed the 2021 Truck Tour is going ahead this festive season

Coca-Cola has confirmed the festive return of its popular Christmas Truck Tour. The bright red truck usually visits more than 40 locations across the UK from the end of November but the full tour schedule is yet to be announced. Previously, hundreds went out of their way to grab a free bottle of Coca-Cola and snap a festive picture.

While people on Twitter are understandably excited and want to know everything possible about the tour, Coca-Cola is remaining cryptic and tight-lipped.

In response to one woman tweeting: “Patiently waiting for the Christmas @CocaCola_GB truck tour to be announced…” The drinks giant replied: “Keep your eyes on our socials…” Replying to another post, Coca-Cola wrote: “We’re just recruiting the last of our reindeer…”

Another concerned fan asked: “So not even a clue if it is coming back?” But Coca-Cola replied: “Holidays are coming…” with a Santa Claus emoji sure to send followers into a frenzy. Keeping with the mysterious hints, the fizzy drink brand wrote: “We’ve spoken to Santa and he seems pretty eager to us.”

It’s been a while since Manchester has seen the bright red truck

Many Twitter users are keen for the big reveal to take place this weekend.

Some excited individuals are even planning to put up their Christmas tree once they found out the truck tour dates. In response to this, Coca-Cola suggested to the user they “start dusting off the decs.”

The fizzy drink giant also hinted there could be more locations added this year, saying on Twitter: “We update our route every year to make sure we include more and more locations. We hope we get to see you!”

People all across the country shred their disappointment on social media last year knowing they would have to get through the festive holidays without the iconic Coca-Cola Christmas advert.
